No prior experience or knowledge is necessary to begin.

MAKE YOUR RESERVATION FOR THE NEXT SESSION.
To begin learning, you must first attend an Intro Session, which is an orientation to the technique and course of instruction. These Sessions are free of cost and obligation. Classes will begin the day after the Intro Session and the entire course will take four consecutive days to complete. During this time, you will be required to attend only one 90-minute session per day. Your cost for participating in the course is a contribution determined by you based on a sliding-scale system. All individual questions and concerns will be addressed directly by the instructor at the Intro Session.
